Spa Policy

  • NO REFUND POLICY TOWARDS PAYMENT PAID FOR ANY SERVICES OR ADMISSION ONCE GUESTS ARE CHECK IN.
  • USE THIS FACILITY IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
  • Treat staff and other guests with courtesy and respect.
  • Adhere to the spa’s published policies and procedures.
  • Spa Palace takes NO responsibility under any circumstances or holds any liability for any accidents or losses.

Minors

  • Minor children are not permitted to enter spa facility without a legal guardian.
  • Same gender guardian has to accompany minors at all times while utilizing the facility.

Personal Property

  • Large bags duffel bag computer etc…Please do not bring anything irreplaceable: large items may not fit your locker we can’t be responsible for personal belongings.
  • Spa Palace is not responsible or liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged property in or about our premises.

No Disruptive Cell Phones & Noise

  • Spa palace respects its clients privacy and does not permit its clients to take photograph or video.

Appointment

  • If you are late for appointment, your treatment will end on time so that the next appointment may begin as scheduled. Should this happen your service will be charged in full.
  • We require 48-hr cancellation policy. In case failure to provide a 48-hr notice to cancel or No show for scheduled appointment will result 100% charge for service booked.
