To ensure you get the appointment you want, we recommend booking as far in advance as possible. A credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. Your card will be authorized for payment at the time of booking and will be charged in case of a late cancellation or no-show.

We strive to be flexible, but please note that late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full amount for the scheduled service. Payment for services must be made in cash or debit card upon check-in.

For online bookings, your card will show a pending authorization, not an actual charge. The funds will be released after the appointment unless the cancellation policy applies.

Your appointment is reserved especially for you, and we ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel. Failure to provide sufficient notice, or a no-show, will result in a 100% charge for the scheduled service, which will be processed on your credit card.

Please arrive 30 minutes before your appointment to allow ample time for check-in. Late arrivals may not have their treatment time extended.
