In order to ensure that you obtain your desired appointments, we recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability.

To accommodate your desired appointment a credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. Your card will be authorized your payment at time of booking and will process if late cancellation or no show happened.  We are willing to work with you but keep in mind late cancellations or “No Show”, are subject to be charged the FULL AMOUNT of the scheduled service. You are required to pay your service payment only accepted in CASH or DEBIT when you are checking in.

All online reservations cardholder’s accounts will show a pending status of service booked. When a credit card form is used in these cases, it’s called an “authorization only” transaction, not a posting charge, funds will automatically fall off.

Your appointments are very important to us, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply. *For cancellation with less than 48 hours notice and no-call, no-show, there will be 100% charge with given credit card for your service.

We recommend that you arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Treatment times are not extended based on late arrivals.
